A really nice hostel with a great central location in KK. Rooms are a bit dark and don’t have air con, but it’s not really a problem. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is pretty rubbish, but the rest of the facilities are good. Also, there’s only small lockers available downstairs and you need your own padlock. Would stay again!

Nice staff; we were able to book a tour to the jungle through them (was excellent!); lockers for valuables available; great location especially for Sunday market. Spacious common area. Room had no window, but A/C works so it was ok. Wi-Fi signal good. Bathrooms are clean. Breakfast is basic (just jam and toast), but there are many places to eat outside. All in all, great value for money and I would stay there again.

Everything is good, staffs are helpful. Just one electric plug in room which is not convenient to charge phone and camera for every roommates.

Good location, just a few minutes from airport bus stop. Staff are very helpful on arranging day tours at affordable price, and advice on how to get around. Dorm rooms with air-cond are really pleasing after walking in the heat all day long outside. Shared bathrooms and toilets are quite spacious and comfortable. Especially the lobby is very relaxing in nice ambience. Though located near walking street, its other side faces the greenery of the hill, yielding tranquility at night. I do like here.

The hostel is close to a bus station for trips to Beaufort, lawas, Bruni and miri. It is right next to Gaya Street where you can visit Sunday Market. It is close to many restaurants one of which offers inexpensive dishes and seafood. It is called Old Farm, in Cithpark and opposite Post Office. It is only fifteen minutes walk to Jesslton ferry pier where you board boats for islands such as Manukan, Sapi (two of the islands of the Turku Rahman National Park)
